I just found a huge selection of cassette tape artwork that ranges from The Simpsons to Pacman and from Kill Bill to Rambo. The artist uses a cassette tape, paint, and a few other objects to create each piece. I like how the simplicity of the medium transfers over into the final pieces. The artists doesn’t try to hide the fact that they’re based around the tapes, he uses pieces to accent and enhance the fact that’s what he’s doing. He event went as far as creating a blurred pornographic image, made from two pink painted cassette tapes. The cassettes are kept as the forefront of each image and keeps the focus on the tapes.
