Design Inspiration: Adobe Myths Series

Design Inspiration: Can't Trust Marketers

Today’s first design inspiration is a series of typographic illustrations and corresponding ampersands for a campaign promoting Adobe’s social, marketing, and analytics software. The project is titled Adobe Myths. The basic concept is the artist took a myth that can directly be related to one of Adobe’s products/services and create a design to represent them.

I really like the artist’s font creation and the amount of detail that was put into the designs. I’ve included a zoomed in image (below) so you can see just how much detail was put into the designs: look at the shading on the hand for example. The designs also have a creative use of lines and graphical elements that are seen each design, along with their warm color palettes. There’s a few more quotes on the project page if you would like to see them all, including the corresponding ampersands. Some examples of the quotes  are “You can’t trust marketers” and “Managing websites is hell” and can be found here.
