Design Inspiration: Clever Word Art

Today’s first design inspiration is a set of cleverly designed graphics made from a word being represented by the graphic. As you can see in the example below, the word is exit. With a slight shift in perspective the ‘I’ easily turns into a doorway. Curve the bottom two extensions off of the ‘X’ and you have a person running, of course, for the exit. All of these images have been created with a black, sans-serif font which makes them easier to represent objects in a minimalistic way. Some of my other favorites above are the tunnel, men’s room, and Dali. Which ones are your favorites? (via Dressed Like Machines)
